The Government order under the project of a lay-out of the territory limited to Polevaya street and its continuation, Sadovaya street, the Vitebskaya railway in Pushkin area of St.-Petersburg is received. Design works on a building of Bridge workstation, garage and a motor depot, and of the administrative-household case in territory of station St.-Petersburg Baltic proceed. By results of the held meeting in the Union of Architects of Open Company "K-7" it is included in structure of Guild of Architects and Engineers of Petersburg (GAIP).

Working out of the first stage of the project of a building of the Leningrad branch of internal affairs of the Baltic railway, and of a garage LOVD in territory of station St.-Petersburg Baltic is finished. Both buildings are located in a quarter limited to the Baltic street and its design continuation. The complex represents 2 modern buildings with the accented angular raised part. The project passes the coordination at the customer for reception of Gradplan.
