We congratulate everybody with a holiday on May, 1st - Day of All Workers and the Victory Holiday - on May, 9th. Working out of the project of a lay-out on Vasilevsky island (street Uralskaya, quay of Small Neva, the river Smolenka) successfully comes to the end. The project provides creation of a new multipurpose improving complex in historically developed territories of the Central areas of St.-Petersburg. Occurrence of new object can be realeased by taking into account accurate planning organisations of projected territory.

Working out of the first stage of the project of a lay-out and the project land-surveying of territories in a southern part of a city of Pushkin along Hussar street is finished. The lay-out project is directed on development of inhabited territories and creation high quality living environments.

The first stage of the project of a lay-out of 9 quarters of building along the Novoizmajlovsky prospectus is let out. A project task is town-planning and land-surveying substantiation of perspective development of territory located to the south of the Obvodny channel. The central highway defining development of given territory is continuation of the Izmajlovsky prospectus.

The project of a lay-out of territory of the Museum of a railway transportation is ended. On the basis of the given work the objective-spatial decision with specification "TEP" is carried out.
