The project of office building in the western part of Pushkin area is executed. Work is transferred to the coordination and is planned to execute in the following 2008 the working documentation on the given object.

In a stage of the final coordination there is a project of reconstruction of a residential building along the Bolshaya Morskaya street under a hotel complex. Negotiations on the further designing and construction of the given object are carried on.

The decision of a complex of the Museum of the Railway transportation in territory of quarter behind the Baltic station has been submitted to consideration of vice-president KGA and basic approval of the made decision is met with.

The project of a lay-out of territory of area of uninhabited zone Shushary-2. First stage of work - the volumetric-spatial decision of building of the Logistical center is developed is performed. Materials are transferred to the coordination in KGA.
